This year we are renting points from a DVC owner. Am I able to make my reservations using the 180+10?

Yes, with your reservation # you should be able to. On and off, there have been issues with the online dining system recognizing DVC reservation #s. I think the latest report is that it's working. If it is not, you can still call on the phone with your reservation #.
