there was something on the disboards about making reservations for something at 190 days out. what was this for? was it restaurants? and what made you eligible to take advantage of this?

You can make ADR's 180 days out. If you stay at a Disney resort, you can make reservations 180 out plus 10 days to cover the rest of your stay.

If you are offsite you would have to call in/go online every day to cover the stay.

Like PP stated, you make your ADRs 180 days out from your arrival date. The +10 is there so you can make all of your ADRs for the duration of your stay during one phone call instead of having to call back every day. This is available for people staying at a WDW Resort.

so thankful for the 180+ 10... I think it is a nice perk of staying on site!

ohhhhhhh, i see! i thought you could book 190 days out, but what you explained makes a ton of sense. thanks so much!
