180+10 question

I am sure this is asked once a week- sorry that I am asking, too.

For 180+10....let me give a hypothetical situation. Let's say I check in on May 1 for a 14 day stay (ah...I can dream, can't I?). When I am 180 days from May 1, can I book May 1-10 or May 1-11 since the 11th is plus 10 days from May 1?

You can book days 1-11. Then, the next day you can book day 12 (and so on).

We have a 15 night trip planned in August and made the ADRs in February.
