180+10 days for Swan/Dolphin guests?

We are starting to plan our summer 2012 WDW trip. DH, the boys and I stay at BWV (our DVC home). My parents, sister and nieces are going to stay at the Dolphin. I know they can get into the parks for EMH, but do they also have the privilege of booking up to 10 days of dining, 180 days in advance of their check-in date? I know I can book any meals we do together at our 180-day mark, but we might separate for a meal. Thanks in advance!

To my knowledge, they do not get the benefit of the +10.

No plus 10 for Swolphin guests, they're not Disney resorts.

Thanks! It looks like the only meal they will be doing without us is Akershus princess lunch...so my sister will just book that one herself 180 days before the ADR.
