180+10 and MDE question

Just want to check on something.

We have a March 7 arrival date, so my ADR window starts this Wednesday. I'd like to make my reservations using the MDE app.

Right now if I go in to make a reservation, the available dates end at 180 from today's date. Am I correct to assume that when I go in on my 180+ date, because my reservation is attached to my MDE account, it will show me 190 days of availability, or do you have to actually call to take advantage of the +10?

Not sure I've ever been concerned about making ADRs right at the window opening before (or even within the +10) because we usually don't do hard-to-get places, but this time we are looking at some that I think I may want to get a jump on.

You can do your +10 on 180 days from your arrival date.

Prioritise the difficult ones and try and put them towards the end of your stay when less people have access to them, it'll be easier to get the time you want :)

So the availability window is just rolling, adding a new day each day until it hits your arrival day and then it jumps ahead 10 days?

Yep thats right, once you hit 180 days from your arrival date, you'll then see the whole length of your stay
