Hi All,
We are planning a trip to WDW 1/4/03-1/11/03. This is the first time I have booked any travel on without using a travel agency.
I found this ticket price at delta and was wondering if anyone would know if this is a good fare, and if I should book it now or wait and see if it will go lower?
Also, what happens if someone in our party cannot make the trip?
Do we pay a $50.00 fee, and get a credit towards future travel?
I have read the delta fare rules but they are very unclear, to me at least!
Any input/advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

That's a good price . . . .I also have that rate for our July and our December trips from Bradley to Orlando . . .

The ticket is non-refundable/non-transferable . . .If it is Delta Express the price is $50/per ticket if you change for a better rate, or a different date of travel. What they do is take your $178.00 ticket, subtract the $50.00 and apply it towards the new rate or the new date of travel.

We were supposed to travel in December 2001, but because of ongoing construction to our home we had to cancel. So we just re-booked for this December and that's what they did to me . . .the total cost for me to change to the new date ended up being $58/per ticket.

Hope this helped.

Thanks, Wish Upon a Star!
How ironic is this, we were also scheduled to travel to WDW last December but DH was uneasy traveling so soon after 9/11 so we cancelled.
I am determined NOTHING, will prevent us from taking this trip.
We will be traveling with our two college-age children, and I feel this may be the last truly "family" vacation, just the four us!
I think I will book that fare this week as soon as DH is sure he can manage the time off . It is a great time for us to travel as a family as both the kids will be on college break 1/4-1/11.
Thanks for the info. Hope you have a great trip!

I think that's a good price, too. I think if you wait too long, the price may go up before it goes down. We paid $225 for May 2001 and $220 for January 2002, both on Delta Express. We're going again in November and was able to snag round-trip, non-stop for $110 per person. That's unheard of from Logan. But again, I would be pleased with your price as well. Have a great trip.
