Don’t risk waiting for the 7 month window to stay at the flagship resort. I’ve stayed in both a studio and 1BR and yes, VGF is worth it.

Looking to rent at least 175 points (to either one or more than one person), can probably do a little more if needed.

50% due at reservation, remaining 50% due 90 days prior to arrival

Will accept paypal, money order, or certified check

I've rented several times and can provide references, been a long time DIS member (15 years?). I will use a contract to solidify the details too.

All of our points were fully paid for at purchase and dues are always paid in full at the beginning of the year (so no need to worry about Disney cancelling the reservation).

If you can't PM because of post count, post here and I'll PM you my email address.

Thanks

Interested in renting points for studio end of April 2017.

Lake view studios are available the entire 2nd half of April. Standard view is currently available all nights except 4/18.

Looks like you don't have enough posts to PM yet. If you want to post your email address to work out the exact dates/details - I will email you.

Hello,
I am inquiring about availability of a standard or lake view studio at The Villas of Grand Flordian for arrival on Sunday, December 18th and departing on Thursday, December 22nd. We are in need of 68-84 points. Thank you.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but VGF has likely been booked for Dec for a couple months now if not longer. It looks the only DVC studios available at that time are at SSR. If you have your heart set on the monorail, you're probably going to have to rent a regular room through Disney CRO.

Would SSR let us stick 5 people in their suite that sleeps up to 4? The fifth child is 5 and could use an air mattress. Thank you.

SSR studios sleep 4 + 1 child under 3. Disney won't allow 5 in the room.

Sorry

And bumping up - had a couple inquiries but nothing booked yet. So points are still available.

Looking for a studio, or possibly 1 BR, anywhere on property, for one night only 10/30/16. Any availability?

Looks like there are no studios available anywhere that night. SSR and OKW have a 1BR available (no others have a 1BR available).

I shouldn't turn away potential business, but honestly if you want a reservation for 10/30 you should be able to find someone renting for $12/$13/pt, or maybe even lower if you can find someone that has points expiring (I think I rented for $11 once when I had close to expiring points). I would be happy to do the reservation for you if you'd like though - just going to cost you more.

you can email me at thatszall@aol.com

Most likely interested in all 175, more if you can spare - also a VGF owner but need more points for a April stay in a 2 bedroom - so think it may be easier to just transfer?
