Hi people,

I am new to DVC and will be unable to use our first year of points. I have 171 points still up for grabs... June UY at the new SSR. Points are available to use after July 12th. Pricing as follows....

1) less than 25 points -- $11/pt
2) 25 pts or greater -- $10/pt
3) ALL 171 pts -- $9/pt

Would prefer to transfer, but I do not have a problem with renting either. ALL reasonable offers will be considered.

Payment methods:

1) prefer cashier's check or money order
2) Paypal -- please add $0.55 per pt

Heatware looks to be a system that all DVC members could adapt for use with feedback in renting/transfering.

That could be do-able. I have to check on some reservation requests tomorrow. If all are successful, my points will be used up. If not, I should be able to help you out.
