Mydaughter wants to take 2 friends to Disney for her 16th birthday in May. Any great ideas for celebrating?

Maybe book an afternoon tea at the Garden View Lounge at the Grand Floridian. My girlfriend and I loved this - not sure if your daughter would like it, but it's a great experience and beautiful surroundings. Look on allears.net under dining for the menu and pricing.

If all the girls will be 16, you could book them for a Segway tour. That's what we'll be doing for DD & her friend in 2011.
