We did this... call Private Dining at the Beach Club and they should be able to arrange it for you. I always call the Disney Switchboard (407.824.2222), ask to be connected with the resort, then ask to be connected with Private Dining. I can't recall the price, but I think it was around $40 maybe...? HTH!
