16 point to rent or trade

We have 16 points expiring on 3/31/06 and we will not be able to use them ourselves. We are willing to rent or trade. Our home resort is SSR, but they can be used to book at any resort. We will trade them point for point, or if you would want to rent them all, we will entertain any reasonable offer. These points have been banked so we can not transfer them to a different acount.
