15th Anniversary Suggestions?

My DH and I just realized next year will be our 15th anniversary, and despite what the counter in my signature says, it looks like we will be going to DL instead of WDW in 2005. I'd really like to do something Disney in celebration. Would anyone have any suggestions for something special to do at DL for our 15th? I don't want something as formal as a vow renewal, but just eating out doesn't seem special enough. We will have our two children, who will be 6 and 11. We're unlikely to want to leave them with a sitter.

Maybe you can make a theme out of the number 15. For instance, does the hotel you're staying have a 15th floor? Could you ask for room 15? Maybe make reservations for dinner at 7:15 and ask if there is a table #15 -- that sort of thing. I'm sure you could have a lot of fun with it once you start thinking of the possiblities.

That's definitely a good idea! I think that we'll be incorporating it into our trip...the 15th floor is probably concierge level, but what better time to splurge on ourselves?
