We will be in a Popup, will visit the pool at least once a day I am sure and my husband loves Disney Transportation and will not likely want to drive to the parks.
*I will be 27 weeks pregnant and a slow waddler, and we will have 3 kids with us*

What are the pros and cons on 1500 vs 2000?

We will have a stroller to lug along and may be able to take bikes as well.

(The plan is to hit the parks sans stroller in the morning, riding our bikes to the dock or bus stops and returning to FW mid-day for a break).

My 2 cents so take it for what it's worth. As you will be well on your way to extremely pregnant I would go for 1500 loop. You will closer to Meadow Complex and pool. Bike ride to dock will be a bit shorter (Not a whole lot but a bit) If you decide to go to another park Internal buses both loops have a stop at the entrance. One advantage of 2000 loop is it doe have 2 Comfort stations But other factors considered I would ask for 1500

The only pro- for 2000 is its tent pads are generally larger. True it does have 2 Comfort Stations but that's for nearly 70 sites. 1500 has 21 or 22 sites supported by 1 CS (true shared with 1600 but there is one on the other side of 1600 shared with 1800).

Most folks request 1500 so it is highly in demand and often filled. If you arrive after the vacants have been given out you have no alternative but 2000. My advice would be to request 1500 and arrive as early as possible on your arrival day and ask again for 1500 even offering to wait for a site to become available if you arrive before check-out time (11am). However, if there are only 4 vacant sites (empty that morning or waiting for guests to leave) if you are the 5th to request 1500 you won't get it regardless of what time you arrive.

For nearly everyone getting a Tent site 1500 is the go-to but it also depends on the luck of the draw.

I would ask for 1500 and hope for low numbers which are closer to the bus stop and the cs.

Call asap you have nothing to lose by asking and if and when you do online check in note there too

It's been noted in other threads that it doesn't hurt to note it on your reservation. Also if you do an "Early Check-in" online, you can note it there too. Then when you actually arrive, make ANOTHER note/comment to the CM. Worst case is they say no. Getting your request in earlier though can't really hurt.
