Here is what we are looking for:

1. Studio (Standard) (non-smoking) @ either Boardwalk Villas (9 pts p/night), Saratoga Springs (11 pts per night) or Old Key West (8 pts per night) for 12/19/05 to 12/23/05 = 4 nights = 36, 44 or 32 pts, respectively.

2. Studio (Standard) (non-smoking) @ either Boardwalk Villas (9 pts p/night) or Old Key West (8 pts per night) for 1/1/06 to 1/6/06 = 5 nights = 45 or 40 pts, respectively.

In summary, we need to rent between 72 and 89 pts (depending on availability).

Would you please confirm availability for us (me, wife and two kids, ages 11 and 9) and let us know your terms?

Sorry I'm so slow to get back with you. I just called DVC and Saratoga and old Key west are both available for the 1st portion of your trip. They could only do Saratoga for the 2nd portion. If you are interested I would make the reservation and send it to you. I would then like a cashiers check for the full amount @ 10.50 per point. Let me know if you want them.
