I have rented in the past several times. Payment is due upon reservation. PayPal is accepted, but any fees will be passed on to renter (3% if using a credit card). When I receive the payment, confirmation will be forwarded to renter.

I am happy to book Magical Express as well as the Dining Plan (which must be pre-paid at time of reservation).

So far, I am finding that Old Key West has three nights in a row in a 2 bedroom villa December 15,16, and 17 for 32 points per night. I will keep checking (I'm at work so trying to do it in between patients)

For this Old Key West 3 nights, it would be 96 * 13 = $1248? That's a little over my budget. It would be great if you could find something under $1000.

Thanks a lot! Yes I mean December this year, I know availability is limited since it's quite late so any resort you could find, no matter moderate or deluxe, would help. For this Old Key West 3 nights, it would be 96 * 13 = $1248? That's a little over my budget. It would be great if you could find something under $1000.

I called and OKW is the only availability with this short of notice. Old Key West actually has the lowest point per night value of any of the resorts so you will find that it will be impossible to find anything for less. You can stay less nights as well. Animal Kingdom Kidani Village has a 1 bedroom Savanna view for the nights of December 14 and December 15th. 29 and 31 points each night. The other hotels outside of the collections, Contemporary and Coronado are twice the amount of points per night so really expensive.

Jambo House is showing availability with the Savanna View for the nights checking in 6th and checking out 12th, so both your sets of dates are available. 17 points for the nights of 6th thru 9th -June 10th and 12th is 19 points -and June 11th is 22 points.

I would like to try Animal Kingdom, the only issue is it has only 2 nights and it's in the middle of our trip which makes it hard to check in. Does it happen a lot that someone else may cancel their reservation and make some resorts available?

It can happen but the consequences of changing ones trip has more severe consequences when this close to the check in date so not as likely with this short notice but you never know.

Value view only available two nights: June 11th and 12th (28 points).
Deluxe studio standard view is available all nights June 10th thru 16th. The 10th is 15 points, the 11th is 18 points and the 12th thru 16th is 16 points per night.

I just noticed the pts go up the week of the 12th, so might not be able to do that week. I guess the week before that in June would be our only time there. How about May 24-28?
