150 Points available soon for rent

I just bought into DVC, and I will have 150 points for 2005 that I intend on renting out (b/k I have another 75 points to play with for our own vacation). My points are for BWV use year, Oct. So, they need to be used before the end of Sept. 05. If interested, just let me know. But, just know that I can not make reservations until the beginning or March, after we close. I don't see that Disney will buy back our points under ROFR since our price was pretty decent, but there is always that slim chance. But IMHO, I don't see that happening. Just let me know if you are interested!
