For reservations from 10/01/22 through 09/30/23. I can borrow some points from next year if the reservation goes slightly over 150. 50 point minimum. Renter must sign rental agreement and pay any processing fees. Payment in full due within 48 hours of booking. I take PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle.

Apologies for the delayed response. I did not get a notification. There is a standard view room on the 5th for 17 points, but that is it.
