150-170 points needed BWV June 5-10,2005

Hi...newbie here. Trying to get aquainted with the "system." I need at least 150 points...170 even better for the view...for a two bedroom Boardwalk villa for the nights of June 5-9..checking out on the 10th. Thanks for your help...I will do my best to follow the rules and provide any information needed to assure payment.
