15 yr disney theme anniv party ideas!

We're throwing a 15 yr anniv party for my sister, b-i-l, and their 4 kids aged 9, 7, 4, 2. They are huge disney fans, but have never stayed on disney property or gone to the parks for more than a day here or there. The other siblings and us are surprising them with a trip to disney property! We're so excited!
So we're going to have a small dinner party and present them with this this weekend.
Any tips on adding some disney magic to the night? We don't want mickey streamers and balloons all over the place, but how could we make it special? Any thoughts?
(I am getting a separate kids cake that is minnie and mickey themed!)

how about the party plates for the cake - you should have them for the kids anyways but the adults can enjoy that too

if you do flowers - a Mickey pick (you can use a wooden skew & tape it to some card stock then add a big Mickey sticker unless you do the cricut thing then just tape to back of that)
