15 weeks and all is well (except for my ear, that is!!)

Went today for 15 week check up. Doctor gave me ear drops to go with the antibiotics for my ear. He couldn't even get the scope into my left ear, it is so swollen!

Anyway, baby's heart rate is good and loud and strong at 153 beats a minute (I think mine was about 120 I was so nervous!!)

I am scheduled for an ultrasound on July 2nd. If baby cooperates, we will find out what we are having!

He asked if I was feeling calmer about the pregnancy yet! Ummm......NO!!!! Maybe once I am past 20 weeks, but not now!! I was shaking and my heart was racing when they were listening for the heartbeat! UGGHH!!! I hope I can start feeling confident pretty soon!!

How in the world are you already at 15 weeks? Didn;t you just post the exciting news just a few days ago? LOL Well, it feels like it was just yesterday.

So glad things are going well. Hope the antibiotics and ear drops work lightening fast.

I've had the same kind of ear trouble - have you tried using heat to help reduce the swelling? It works like a dream for me and helped the drops make progress more quickly - they could get in!

I'll say special prayers for your baby - We've been pregnant 3 times and have 2 lovely DDs but I'll always miss the little one we lost.
