I'm more a quality over rarity guy, would likely skip any lagers, widmer is a ehh brewery, had the BB already (nothing special), fischer is lousy, will do a little pre trip beer advocate research on the others...I don't ever expect to find a rare and exceptional beer combo at WDW.

Quality is subjective. Rarity is not. It's not about one versus the other, it's about trying new brews. There are highly rated beers on Beer Advocate I don't enjoy, and low-rated ones that I do -- so while their ratings are helpful, I still want to try new beers for myself.
I do agree, however, that truly unique beers generally can't be found at WDW.
