The Mr. Potato Head in the Pixar Parade was the last thing on our vacation that I took a picture of. When the parade was over, Maddy said that she wanted a snack. She wouldn't ride in the stroller so I left it with her daddy and Marie while Maddy and I ran in Starring Rolls. I told her to pick out anything she wanted. She decided on a strawberry parfait, something that she usually really likes. When we got back to the table where Marie and Jamie were waiting, she took one bite and spit it down the front of her shirt. Marie took a few bites and said that it tasted fine, but Maddy wouldn't try it again. I asked her if she wanted to get something else, but she said no. She did drink some water from her mug.
Our last plan of the day was to see Lights, Motors Action at 4:15, but we still had some time to spare. We went back to Rockin' Roller Coaster, but had to go through the single rider line because the wait time was now posted at 45 minutes

I was able to ride with both Jamie and Marie. After our "one last ride" we headed to the arena to see the cars and motorcycles do their thing.
I made Madilyn get in her stroller, but she kept trying to get out of it while I was pushing it. I finally told her she could just get out and walk.

She started begging us to pick her up and carry her. I pushed the stroller into the parking area and finally found a spot. Maddy kept begging to be carried. I finally grabbed her up, handed her to my husband and said "You take her! I just can't deal with her!" and started crying. I think it was a combination of being tired and knowing that our wonderful vacation that I had spent so much time planning was about to be over, but I was suddenly an emotional wreck! I told Jamie and Marie to take Maddy and go see the show, I would catch up with them later.
I went into the bathrooms at the entrance to Lights, Motors Action just to cry. Thankfully, no one else was in the bathroom to see my meltdown. Once I was all cried out, I used our last snack credit to get a big Sprite from a cart. I went into the bleachers and spotted Marie waving down at me. The show had already started, but she had saved me a spot. In hindsight, we really tried to cram too much into our last afternoon at Disney World and we probably should have headed home right after lunch. My gear head husband did enjoy the stunt show, though
I made Madilyn ride in the stroller back to the front of the park. After we turned in the stroller, we caught the bus back to the Polynesian. We filled our mugs up at Captain Cooks one last time before getting in our car and heading back to the Red Roof Inn in Lake City.
When we were about two miles from the Lake City Exit, Madilyn started throwing up in the back seat.

We cleaned her up as best we could in the car. As soon as we got to the hotel and checked in, I put her in the bathtub. Most of her new stuffed animals went into garbage bags and had to be washed when we got home. Once she was clean, I tucked her into bed and she went right to sleep. I don't know if it was something she ate or a bug, but she felt much better the next morning and thankfully no one else was sick. We stopped at Chick Fil A in Tallahassee and Target in Mobile, but had an uneventful drive home.
