140 BLT (Bay Lake Tower) @ $20/pt for Rent/Transfer

Hi everyone,

We have up to 140 Bay Lake Tower points available for rent or transfer. Any request must use up a minimum 68 points.

I can book Bay Lake Tower 11 months out, and the rest of the DVC resorts 7 months out.

I will need the following information:

Room Type/View
Check-in date
Check-out date
Number of adults
Number of children

I am an experienced renter; have been an owner for nearly 10 years and have rented several times. Happy to help with advice, will provide contract upon request, and accept $$ transfers via Venmo, PayPal or Zelle. Happy to schedule a video call to discuss details face to face.

FLEXIBILITY: If you book with me and later unable to go, I will do my best to reschedule (provided your new dates are available, and my points don’t expire or go into holding).
