14 day ticket upgrade question

I read a few posts that says those 14 day tickets (unlimited access to IOA, USF, Wet n Wild for 14 days) CAN be upgraded to annual passes. However, there other posts that say those types of tickets CANNOT be upgraded to annual passes.

Has anyone been able to upgrade those types of tickets to annual passes ?

They can not be upgraded because they include wet n wild. Any ticket that includes another park such as flex tickets etc can't be upgraded. They are shared revenue with other water or themeparks. This makes them ineligable for any upgrade.
