Got back again this morning, I can confirm the 14 day ticket still works for 15 days as I posted last year.
Relatives activated their 14 day Ultimates on Thurs 26th July so they could come into the MK to celebrate Matts Birthday.
First they asked at OKW for expiry date, they were told they were valid for 14 days from 26th July, not much help.
They then asked at City Hall MK, more helpful, told they could use them upto and including Thurs 9th August which they did no problem.
So as I confirmed last year, our 21 day tickets were valid 22 days and relatives 14 day tickets valid 15 days, nothing has changed yet.

I still can't confirm or deny 14 days or 15 days if used for 14 consecutive days, we had a day at Seaworld and a day at Busch Gardens so only used them 12 days out of the 14. Someone last year suggested it doesn't work on the 15th day if you use 14 consecutive days.

Thanks for posting this Wayne - I was hoping it would work and had pencilled in a last day for our upcoming trip based on the 15 day theory :goodvibes

I always thought that it said 14 day tickets were valid for 21 days from first use???? Did you actually get 15 days in the parks on a 14 day ticket?

So as I confirmed last year, our 21 day tickets were valid 22 days and relatives 14 day tickets valid 15 days, nothing has changed yet.

this is logical

terms and conditions say :

Disney's 14 Day Ultimate Ticket expires 14 days from date of first use

if I activate a 14 day ticket today, tomorrow would be day 1 (1 day from today)
so day 14 on this ticket would be in 14 days, but when including today, that's 15 days in total

this is good ole maths where the origin is not 1 but 0
hence the day you activate your tix is day 0 and 14 days from that actually makes 15 days (0 to 14)

now the number of park days might be different, it says you get 14 park days, so the question remains if the 15th day is valid for 15 consecutive days
logic would dictate it's not, but we'll need confirmation

ETA : it actually says unlimited access for 14 days from first use, so the 15 consecutive days validity holds water

Sorry, enter incorrect information so edited post so not to add confusion.

When we had one last year we used it everyday and were given an expiry date of 15 days but told how many days entry we had left which would be one short.

I can not confirm as we upgraded it to an AP a couple of days before the 15 days as we had decided on an extra trip it made sense.

We have never got 15 days park entry out of a 14 day ticket but have got 14 days in 15 missing a day in the middle of the trip when we didn't enter a Disney park.

I was lead to believe with the 14-day ticket, that if we used it on the evening when we arrived, lets say on a Saturday then we could still use it on the Saturday morning 15 days later when we checked out.

Seems I wrongly assumed the ticket would be valid for every day until its expiry and not any 14-days out of the 15 continuous days, as that is the case then sorry if I confused anyone with my post above which I've now edited-deleted.

Thanks for the info Wayne
We activated our 21 day pass last night since we managed to clear customs quickly and in our room by 3.30pm. (unfortunately we only managed a couple of hours in epcot which was extremely quiet)
We def will not be using it every day so all being well we can use it on the day we fly

That's good to know as they've changed our flights now. We might still try to make it for MK the first night, but will probably only have time to watch MSEP and Wishes. We were supposed to land at 16.10 but is now landing 18.07. And we're departing Orlando about 40 minutes later, so might try and squeeze in some park time then too.

Thank you Wayne for this info, I was hoping to go into the park on the evening we arrive but OH thought it would be a waste as we then wouldn't be able enter on our last day, but we are missing two disney park days by going to US/IOA with ADR's booked for restaurants in DTD so we should be able to use on 1st and last days!

Thank you! I have been debating over going to a park on arrival day or departure day - now I know we have the option to do both as we will have other non-park days :goodvibes
