............................

I absolutely, positively have to go myself...but I have to wait until tonight, after DH gets home from work with the car... :crazy2: Oh, boy, the mall AND ToyR Us after 5pm 10 days until Chrismas Eve. Think of me tonight, out there battling with lunatics, trying to find a cute shirt for my DD.

Best of luck to you. Let me know how bad it is out there....

I'm not the only one who still has to shop? :cool1: We're going tomorrow night. I so dread it. But the bright side is we're buying gift cards for the neices and nephews.

I'll do your shopping if you come and do my job for the day!!

I'll do your shopping! I'm one of those crazy people that enjoy the hustle and bustle of Christmas.

I am so right there with you C.Ann!

Usually have everything bought, wrapped, signed, sealed and delivered by early Dec. But this year a lots been going between drs appt, GI testing, new fridge, selling our car and buying another... so sadly the ole' grey mare has fallen short and thankfully the kids have really helped me out.

Went to the mall/TRUs last Sun pm and did quite a bit, to my surprise - thankfully not that crowded. Did some shopping thru internet that worked out very well and that xtra 2 day delivery fee was worth every penny :worship: !! Still need to take my Mom shopping Sat, then Sun wee hrs of morn to mall should complete my shopping.

We never put the tree up until 7-10 before, so Fri pm is tree trimming with the kids to Christmas tunes and of course a glass of eggnog. :teeth:

DS and family are flying in Wed for a week and we get to see our precious little DGS for the second time :lovestruc . By then I'll really be in high gear spirit and ready for our son's BD and annual Christmas eve family party. :goodvibes

:grouphug: Everyone stay well and have fun shopping !!

My triplet niece and nephews turn nine on Saturday. I never buy their Christmas presents until AFTER their birthdays!

Thank heavens, DH & I are going to the Rose Parade and Disneyland - that's our Christmas gift to each other. (of course I'm getting him a few things!) My sons are easy - it's their fiancees I'm having a little trouble with. I guess I'll be getting gift cards for them.

I was at our mall last night from about 5:30-6:30 and it wasn't crowded at all. Today I took an early lunch and headed to Walmart around 11am. It wasn't bad when I got there but by noon when I was leaving it was bad. I think if you hit places at off times you'll be ok. Good luck.

I'll gladly do your shopping if you'll come over and put up the tree and decorate my house for me.

I'm almost done with my own shopping. Just a few more odds 'n ends to buy! I did everything else on line last week. It was great. A few hours online while watching television, and the shopping was done!

Hope it wasn't too bad out there for you today.

I left at 10:00 this morning and got home at 4:30 and "almost" finished up!! I think I stopped at 9 different places, and got in and out with everything I needed.

All that's left to get is a fruit basket for the in-laws (to go along with the restaurant gift certificate I picked up today), a book for one of the grandsons, another small gift for son-in-law, and a gift card for the mail lady. That's it! :thumbsup2

Good for you! Glad to hear you got most of your shopping done.

So here I sit, and I need to start addressing my Christmas cards!
