123 Sausage Balls

I've seen this recipe everywhere, including probably here, so I'm sure someone here has experience with them. My question is about preparing them in advance and freezing them. Did you cook them before freezing? Either way, how did you cook them after freezing?
 
I haven't a clue, but thought I would bump this up and maybe someone else would be able to help you!:)
 
here's the recipe
1 pound sausage un cooked
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( may use sharp)
2 cups bisquick
1/2 cup milk
mix all together shape into balls and freeze. to bake frozen balls at 325 for 30 minutes.

I love making these this way because you can make ahead.
