1200 Points To Rent Or Transfer

I have 1200 points to rent or transfer. My home resort is BWV but can make reservations at any property if available. Use year is December if that helps. Price is $10.25 per point. Some of the points are banked and can only be used to make reservations. Some are available to transfer to DVC members. This is my first post so if I have forgotten something, please let me know.
