Hi Charles,

I am new to this and I am not sure that I understand your posting. Does use year December mean that the points must be used by December this year or simply booked by that time?

I am looking for either a 2 BR at a deluxe resort or two studios for early January although late January is also an option. I would prefer the Boardwalk villas or the Beach Club Villas but I am flexible as I realize it is short notice. We want approximately a 4 night vacation. If only 3 nights is available I would consider it but we really would prefer 4 nights.

I can pay with paypal immediately (and will pay the extra 3%). I will need you to handle the reservation,however, as I am not a DVC member.
