12 nights at OKW

We have 12 nights in a 2BR at OKW from 1/10 to 1/22. We have 3 teens in the second bedroom for 5 nights, then they go home and a family staying with us for the remaining 7 nights. Our ressie shows full housekeeping on the 13th and 21st.

Can we request the first housekeeping be on the 15th when the teens leave and change the second housekeeping to the 19th? Seems silly to have a cleaning on the 21st when we move out on the 22nd.

How would we request this, through MS before we go or after we arrive at the resort?

You can call housekeeping directly from your room phone. They are usually good about making this type of change.

We've done this several times, and housekeeping seemed very willing to make the change. Only once did it get mixed up, so now I call the morning that was changed (either call to verify they will or will not be coming).
