Well, it's Saturday, the last day with my friends and we decided to spend some more time together as a whole group for part of the day. MK won the vote - so we're off. First we had to check out our bricks - mine is right in front of one of the trees near the entrance gates and my friend, Sandy's, is near the monorail path. We're getting very good at finding them - didn't take long at all. It's about 11:00 when we arrived inside and DH's first stop is the Gallery to see what we can't buy this time. It is getting more and more crowded and today the parks are really starting to fill up. Of course, MK always does draw in the most people, I bet. Then we try and take a leisurely walk down Main Street while taking in all of the Christmas decor - I told him that he should see it at night also but he grunts with the crowds that are here. So, I'm going to have fun - but he's hungry and needs to stop off at Casey's at Bat for a hot dog first. Okay, will do and then can we go over to Adventure Land - it's been a while since we have gone on the Jungle Cruise. Yeah, yeah, yeah, say my friends, so I win! That's our next stop, pick up a fast pass and head over to the Tiki Bird Show - I must know this show by heart but my friends get a real kick out of it! That makes DH smile and now that he's been fed, he'll cooperate and have fun. We decide to walk thru Fantasyland - haven't seen it that crowded since my kids were young and make a turn for the castle. We always have to walk thru the castle on every trip - it just gives me a rush! After a stop at DH's favorite shop in the castle, we stroll down the path along side the castle for a few picture taking sessions. Uh-oh, people are already starting to gather for the parade. It's time to start leaving because we will never find a spot around the castle - so back down Main Street and a few more pictures and we're headed back to OKW. Another quick dip in the pool before going back to Epcot. DH decides that we need to tape the Tree Lighting at Epcot this time and once again the music of Cast in Bronze is something you have to hear. After another beautiful concert and tree lighting, we decide to head over to Germany and work our way around the showcase and catch the TON parade - another favorite. With a leisurely stroll to France, after the Parade, we decide to watch the Living Statue in front of France. How do they do that?!? I'm hungry and head back for a pastry at the bakery while DH announces that he wants to go to ESPN to watch sports. Not on my vacation, so I told him that after a stop at Downtown Disney, I would meet up with him at our room. My friends needs to get ready to leave early in the morning and I need to get up at 5 a.m. to drive them to the airport. While back at the room, my friends and I take time to reflect on their stay with me and we have a lot of stories to share and remember. Tomorrow will be a long day for me - DH's sister's family is coming in and it's time to meet up with them.

Whenever they call me a dreamer, I think of Walt Disney and smile:)

Though it doesn't get many good reviews, we liked the Tiki Room too.

LOL. That's too funny, Iluvdisney. :D

I thought the Living Statues were very intriguing too, and I love the little bakery in France. I think it was palmiers that I got hooked on last time. :D

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. :)
