12/4 through 12/9 - Looking for BCV/BWV Studio

Looking to rent a studio for either BCV or BWV for 12/4 through 12/9 or 12/3 through 12/8. I am under the impression there is no availability; so in essence, looking for an already reserved studio. I have rented before and can provide references.
