12-28-14 Magic 7 Day Western Caribbean

Hello! Family of 5 - celebrating my wife's 40th birthday on the departure date 12/28. We're bringing along my wife's parents, and an aunt, cousin, and her daughter. That's 10 people total. Fun!

This will be the first Disney Cruise for all the adults, and first cruise for all the kiddos (ages 5, 9, 12 & 16 - all girls).

I hope to get some good pointers from everyone who's cruised DCL before.

Looked up cruises on the Magic that will sail soon. Asking if anyone can help me get info about a Magic 2014 Christmas ornaments.
I looked at the cruise that is sailing this week, for 16 days! I have Thread ENVY! OK its really 2 threads because they ran out of room in the first thread! I would love to step up our thread/FB with a few extra activities. I'm not FB savvy but I would be willing to take on responsibility for a couple of activities.

Love to have you. When will you know if you'll join us? So far we have 2 FE groups of 15 rooms each, and a third group with 6 rooms now. We also have a Meet and Greet planned, Mixology group, Mom's day/night out, and a New Years Resolution party where we will exchange our biggest/best sweet diet temptations with another cruise member.

I was on WBTA 14, it was brilliant. The weather and ports were amazing and the Atlantic was so calm, like a sheet of glass. I organised the Champsgne a girls event for that cruise

We are on this cruise too... so excited. We are: Me (Lisa), hubby (Jerry), DD#1 (Brooke - 14) and DD#2 (Bri - 12). Cannot wait..

This will be our 5th cruise (all on the Magic) but the kids are so excited about our excursions - swimming with dolphins and ziplines in Jamaica - you'd think they'd never cruised before.

Can't wait.. Hope to see many of you on the ship !!

New to this board, but DD and I thinking of going to Paradise Beach in Mexico. Anyone interested in sharing a cab? Not sure I feel comfortable with DD and me, 2 petite Asian females, taking cab ourselves. DH and older DD doing an excursion with minimum age requirement of 12. Younger DD just misses age cut-off.

On Dec 28 we will meet from 2-2:30 on deck 3 at the promenade lounge. Perhaps someone there will be going the same direction.
