Found the recipe for the beverage served at the end of dinner at Palo (or very close since I havent made it yet).
Seems it is an Italian drink called Sgroppino
3 Tbsp. Lemon Vodka
1/3 C. Lemon Sorbet (the creamier the better!)
1 C. Prosecco
Chopped Mint Leaves and Lemon Zest (for garnish)
* Add the vodka and sorbet to a cocktail shaker and mix well.
* Pour the mixture into a pitcher and whisk in the prosecco.
* Divide evenly into four champagne flutes and garnish with mint leaves and lemon zest.
Sorry to hijack your thread - but we are now booked on the WOnder for CHristmas next year and were wondering....
Did you get a bedtime story from Mrs Claus on CHristmas eve???!!![]()
No. Was it available? I have my old Navigators around here somewhere, so I'll look. Husband and I had the kids in childcare while we were trying to pull off the wrapping of all the Santa presents, so they might have done something in childcare.
Adrianna,
If you can't find it in your navigators, I'll check the Passporter. It may very well have something listed on there but I'm not sure.

You will have a WONDERful time!! It was so awesome. Our first cruise. Our kids are a little older. On a side note, looking at your screen name, Kai is my daughter's middle name.![]()
Sometimes I swear the husband tries to drive me batty by hiding things. I know I have all those Navigators somewhere, but I can only find December 27. Anyway, we boarded the ship on December 24, so time to pull off all the Christmas doin's was fairly short. If this year's cruise boards a few days earlier, they will have more time to do more activities. One of the cool things was the gifts every night. One night was a box of truffles and the last night was a Ducky Williams print, large and suitible for framing. What a bear it was to get that one home without any damage. What were the other gifts, Courtney? The baby got a Baby Einstein DVD from Santa and the big boy got a Pixar calendar.
thank you for checking, and for reassuring me about the cruise - we are so excited!!
That's the first time i've heard of Kai as a girl's name!I thought I was been different when I chose it for our son, but over here in the UK it seems to be quite popular!!
(Our version is Hawaiian and means Ocean, but everyone over here seems to say their version is either european, or I think Irish or something!!
)
thanks again!!![]()

I have seen it as a boys' name. My mom suggested it as my daughter's first name is Victoria and we are using Kai as a variation of Kay (a work colleague of hers had it spelled as such). I've always thought of it as a Hawaiian name. Lots of names have origins from several different places it's all so confusing...
I can not recall what the other gifts were. DS and DD don't remember. As DVC members, we got some extra little things but nothing like a calendar or DVD. DD, from the teen club, got one of those drawstring backpacks. I have the Navigators and they don't mention anything about a story on Christmas Eve. However, I AM seeing all the stuff that I wished I would have made it to.
I hope they have it on the Wonder. Have a great almost 4 week trip!! I'm jealous.Hope we helped.
