Well, I wasn't looking forward to it, but I took Jordan and her friend Lindsay to a concert tonight, and ended up having a great time!

Jay had gotten the girls free tickets to see a group I'd never heard of "Sugarland".
Jay helped out the owner of the place where the concert was, so the girls got front row seats and I was back a few rows....center. We got to go backstage and met the band and some of the big-wigs from one of the radio stations.
I've never seen two more excited girls! And what an awesome show!
Sugarland is performing at the CMA awards on Tuesday in Vegas. I didn't even know the CMA awards were there.....I'll have to keep my eyes open. Lord help Jay if I find George Strait!! (Maybe that should be "Lord help George Strait"!!)

Mary Ann, sounds like '06 will be a very good Disney year for you. Stacey, please give George a really big hug for me (actually Jay would be ok ).
Last night and tonight are Sarah's last high school band concerts. And at 9am Nick has his lacrosse game.

I love Sugarland. I love their song Baby Girl. Its one of my favorites. Are you going to the CMA staCey? That would be so cool. Well i am off to work. take care all.

jEn...I really really liked "Baby Girl".....gave me goose bumps. Not going to the CMA. I could have gotten tickets had I known I was going to be there....but we have tix to something else that night. I may go hang out over there, though, and look for George...........

Hi everybody!!! Whew were did the weekend go? Went to the beach yesterday and then had three 5 year olds out in the backyard for fun in the spa. Man I needed a beer after that. Again my hats off to teachers and Bubbles too. I don't know how you do it woman.

Work is ok. Its an office and I've never worked in one of those before. Dress code is cool. Flip flops are the standard shoe of choice and dress is casual. The ladies I'm working with are nice and I'm sure I'll fit right in as aoon as I learn the ropes.

Its time for church. Just wanted to give you all a heads up on my first week back at work. Hope all is well with everybody.

Beach, eh??? I wish it would warm up here. Opening the pool tomorrow and it is only going to be in the 60's all week. Looks like we are going to go from winter to summer again this year.

Well, Julia has a soccer tournament today - 2 hours..yuck. It's supposed to pour any minute now so maybe it will be cut short. The soccer fields are always 20 degrees colder (it's like a big wind tunnel) and I am just not in the mood to freeze my butt off for 2 hours.

In the HHI mercantile a 'question of the day' is posted. Anyone who answers correctly gets a little trinket or picture of the resort. My sister suggested - Where will the Disney Magic spend the summer in '05'. I forgot to go back and see how many guests knew the answer!

No more high school band concerts . I don't know if Nick and Emmy will be interested in music yet. Lacrosse will end next Saturday and then swim team for Nick begins early June. I am going to be a volunteer for the swim meets.

Enough sitting, off to do laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Magic left yesterday for the west coast. I know the folks out there will enjoy her as much as we do!!!!!!!!!

Hi sue. Thanks for answering my question. I really wish i was on the Magic. My mom was soooo tempted to book a stateroom a few cruises ago. I really wish she had. Oh well. Too late now. maybe my aunt can drive out to LA (only 20 mintues from her) and take some west coast MAGICal pictures for us. hehe.
