Hi all - wow Lisa - I just noticed in your signature we have 3 months and 2 weeks til cruise time! I just know the time is going to fly by....fall seems like such a busy time for our family! Only 1 week and 5 days til the Gators home opener!!
Lisa - I just love "our cruise" site - it's so neat to be able to see who's going and staying where....I do hope everyone who is WLE gets in to the early dining!

Is everyone back to school yet - how did all our kindergarten little ones fare? Do they love school?

My kids started back to school today.
Jacob said that 2nd grade was way better than 1st grade (this is from the kid who didn't want to leave 1st grade because he would miss it)
Rachel said her teacher is really nice. We are off to a good start it looks like.

The problem is, with these, you really have to try them on. My neighbor just bought a pair with the diamond cutouts, and said Payless redesigned them and made them narrower. The real Croc's are still cut wide. www.crocs.com.

My kids will be bringing them, but I think I won't bring mine. They are extremely lightweight though.

My husband won't be wearing a tux. He's the type that changes immediately after dinner!

Lisa - I finally got the codes to work. I was tempted to order a Jack Sparrow costume for DH...that's what he wants to be for Halloween, but I am going to hold off. They usually have sales on the adult costumes a little later.

I am really excited! I know we still have a little over three months but it is almost a 'ber month as it is!!

Well, actually you need to add 3 hours to that since it automatically sets for midnight and we can't access it until 3 am. That is going to be a LONG night!

From what I have read in the cruise line forum people have logged in around 6 EST and said that only one to two Palo brunch's remained. Not sure how the excursions work....if those go as quickly as well. I am having a hard time getting DH to help me decide...he wants to do it all...which is the best reason to come back but doesn't help me decide at all. If possible we would like to do the beach day trips but would also like to tour a little of the city...it seems we aren't in port long enough to do both.

I was looking at last years Navigators - but for now our Pirate night is Tues right? and I have Twice Charmed as being on Wed...
We didn't see any shows last time and I would definitley like to see (live) Dreams, the Farewell show, and Twice Charmed. I don't really know what the GM is like.

DH thinks he needs to grow a goatee to be more in pirate character for Halloween and pirate night on the cruise....hmm...

I have a feeling he is not going to cooperate with that whole idea.(he'll be 4 on Nov 21) We went on a 10 day cruise in November on the Norwegian Dawn and they have a really nice club and he spent about 3 1/2 minutes in there until they beeped me and he never went back
I really don't want him to miss all the fun stuff they have going on. And after 8 days at the parks it would be nice to relax alone for a little.
Since I have never cruised Disney, is it going to be impossible to get into Palo, I would like to try it since you all love it so much!

Hi - my DD will be 3 but I believe the 3-4 year olds "hang out" together...maybe if we introduce them at the sail away party he might feel a little more comfortable with a familiar face, just a thought!? Is he in daycare or preschool? You're going to be at WDW 8 days prior? Where are you staying? Are you going to MVMCP at all? We will be there on the 9th for that.

Palo reservations can be made online. 75 days out if you have not cruised Disney (and not a CC member) unless you are in the concierge level where I believe they do it for you.

That would be great! I think if he knew someone before going in it would be easier. We are staying at the POFQ from 12/2 to 10th and we are going to the MVMCP, but we are going on the 6th.
He doesn't go to any daycare or school yet, but I signed him up for 3 days this fall for 2 1/2 hours a day....I hope that is not a struggle!
Today I brought him with me to Gold's Gym babysitting and he flipped out!
He thinks he's too big to go there!!!! He's 3 1/2 going on 12!!!

Our DD would only go to the club one time without us the first cruise. She went reluctantly with John's DD last time twice. When I told her that we needed to go to something special for Mommy & Daddy (brunch) I also said that she didn't have to go back. Well...she made me hold them to it. LOL! This year DS, DD & John's DD will be in the 5-7 yos together so that may work better for all of them. DS didn't want to be in the club as much last time because he wanted to play with DD & John's DD. He likes the club though & has enjoyed going up on stage with Mickey twice now.

If you don't get Palo resies online, don't worry. They hold at least 50% of them for boarding day. Just plan to get to the terminal early and go right to the dining signup to make your resies. You should not have a problem then.

great - I think it would be great for my DD too. She goes to preschool but I think anyone walking in to a room of kids/people they don't know can be intimidating. But this club has Disney on it's side!!

We'll be at WDW the 8th-10th staying at the Polynesian. I think there are a few other DIS'ers from this thread that will be at WDW as well. The only thing we have scheduled is MVMCP other than that I think we are just going to relax and eat of course!
