I'll be around today. I took the day off from work today and will be working Saturday instead. My back is really sore; so I am resting it today.

Our arrival time at the port has changed. DH and I discussed transportation this morning and he wants to use the Disney transportation. So we will be arriving whenever the bus gets us there. He said that since everything is booked as far as ressies for Palo and spa he would rather not hassle with luggage, getting to a rental car center or paying more for a towncar. We have done all of the above and he is opting for the hassle free Disney does it for him route. We will be taking the Magical express to the resort also and Disney transport back to the airport. I do have to agree with him that it will be nice to be in Disney hands from the time we hit the airport.

I am sad that I will not be among the first at the port though.

I don't have anything on Great Bay, but there was a nice write up by a DISer about Le Gallon Beach back in April that I printed and kept for reference. I can retype that here if you are interested.

Angie, don't worry about it. My cousin, Wendy, and I are planning on going to Great Bay Beach because it's close to the ship. With an infant and a 3 year old, we don't want to travel too far. We saw a thread and it received some good marks, but I was wondering if any of my DIS buddies had a first hand account.......

Did everyone book through an agent? We used AAA - prior we used DCL directly and I think our documents came at 3 weeks out....won't that be an exciting find in your mailbox...and now I am assuming they are different than they had last time since you can print out your stuff online.

Well, it's almost quitting time here folks. I think after picking up the girls I may head to Target or Walmart...need formula but I also want to check out their xmas stuff. I am ready to decorate!! I have to do it in bits and pieces whenever I get spare moments. I am hoping to get tree lot duty at Home Depot when they come in. I worked it last year - pretty pregnant and it was such fun! Lots of work though....and man, people are picky!!

My cousin booked some of us through Costco and used DVC points for the rest.

And I just booked our hotel at the Radisson for the night before the cruise. Seems like you have to pay a lot for "free" shuttle service

But it was still fun. I can't get my mind off the cruise very long. Its just too fun to think about

We will be driving so I deduct 70 from their rate to figure the hotel rate.

Also, did you make your shuttle reservation? If they told you you couldn't, tell them that you would like to speak with Bridgett.
