Let's see Im the last to say hello, better late than never huh? Well we cruised with the family on the july 4 wonder last year. I am with my two "MAGICal" boys ages 11 and 12. I am the sister to the pooh part of Tig_N_Pooh. Tig is my brother in law.
We will be doing universal studios after the cruise for the day and going to see La Nouba for the 4th time in the evening. I love that show . We are staying at the Radisson the night before the cruise. All of us except Tig_N_Pooh will be there around 9pm, her flight doesn't arrive until 11:30pm. ONe more thing to do before we can call her and tell her we have said hello. I am suppost to give our info to another person on this board so gotta get that info and I think she'll be happy. Welcome, welcome - wow we certainly have tons of DIS'ers on this ship! Angie - are we doing a mini meet in the DCL lobby? We might as well. I think even though the new boarding procedures may be in place my family will still get there early. I think we may do Ohana for breakfast and leave Disney by around 9....not sure how long it took us last year to get over there...but we'll be too excited to not be there....but I'll just have to be sure to keep the little ones busy!

does anyone have a tally on the adults and children we have going? I tried to go through Lisa's site but with all the new additions and some families have extended families that are going.....

also - did anyone on early dining want to link up? I think a few of you late diners already did! I am really starting to get excited. I did go ahead and cancel our Thanksgiving reservation - (I feel better already!). I know we would spend lots and I would rather save it or spend it on the cruise! Plus we would be cutting it short to get to Gainesville for the game. Oh and I am suprised NO FL resident discounts for this sailing - they just announced them for the 12/31/05 sailing! Which would be fun over New Year's!


what does everyone have planned as far as excursions and spa or other stuff?

We have the rasual treatment, Cap Nautica St John snorkel, Pinel Island Snorkel and we would like to taxi to the beaches on our own. I don't think DH wanted to do a snorkel on both but at 3am I was just so excited to be in the online reservations I didn't really care.

There are lots of other activites I would love to do on the boat....the kite making, the veggie/boat race, the toad races, BINGO!!, martini flight, wine/beer tasting....I am getting tired thinking about all of it! I will definitely have those highlighters handy!

We have not made any excursion ressies yet. We do want to go to St John this trip. We have been to St Thomas twice and not made it over there yet. We had an excursion scheduled for St John last year, but I had a kidney stone (ouch!!) the night before and was way to tired to go. We just took the tram. We plan on just taking a taxi to the butterfly farm at St Marteen I think.

We do have brunch at 11 on Sunday, Palo dinner on Wednesday at 7:30, High tea on Thursday at at 3:00. We also have a couple massage Monday at 1:00.

OK, as to the email, that probably has changed slightly. It is now mandlgraves@cox.net. We made it out of the dark ages. LOL!

Vanessa, the site is updated as of all of the info that I had received last week when I posted that it was updated. I will work on the new batch of people this week. We probably wont get a final count until the week before we cruise with last minute DISers checking in.

I will add the meet in the terminal to the list. Vanessa....are you going to make up a sign with a ton of the Mickey heads? We will be on the 10 am Radisson shuttle with John & his family.

We are having brunch at Palo 11 am Monday, dinner at Palo 7 pm Wednesday, & the guys are going on the Golden Eagle in St. Maarten while the girls & kids go to the butterfly farm.

I made reservations yesterday for the Radisson the night before the cruise, we were going to stay at SOG until the morning of the 10th and then decided to look at the Radisson. We got a 2 room, king bed with whirlpool tub for $135 for the night, after sharing a room with the girls for a week before that and then sharing the ship room with them for a week DH and I decided to go for the 2 room suite. That way too we don't have to worry about traffic the morning of the cruise.

Yippee!! We leave for WDW in less than a month

My mom and sister just called me from Epcot...they are strolling through the Food and Wine Fest....Dear SIS just can't NOT do anything that I do!! She is 20 and will be 21 in March so I guess she is eyeing what she can try next year!

We just decided to add to our family after Christmas - not another child, but a puppy! aw:aw:Sophia has been asking and asking for a puppy for a year now, so we are going to take the plunge. We are going to get a labradoodle, and the breeder that I found in Ohio just had a litter of chocolate labradoodles on Halloween that will be ready for new homes around Christmas time.

I told her we had to wait until after our cruise, so it is going to be a busy holiday season indeed!

I had no idea what a labradoodle was until a few months ago . . .

To make it simple, it is a lab/poodle cross breed, or as one person at a pet supply store told me, an expensive mutt.

Seriously, we have allergies in our family, but our favorite dogs have always been labs. When you cross a poodle with a lab, you get the temperment of a lab, with a coat that (depending on the pup) does not shed, and is more like a poodle coat. They are very cute, shaggy dog looking types. They are some of the most adoreable dogs you could ever imagine. Of course, non-shedding is not a guarantee that they wont affect allergies, but it helps. I am sure that they will also be as much fun to clean up after as any other pup.
