You know, on the other computer at some point when we were wondering out loud what we would do if the thread disappeared with something that was going on at the time I believe that I made a copy of it. I will have to check...and see how big the file is. Maybe if I zip it I could email it to those who might want it for a memento.

I think there is a topic that deserves resurrecting....

I am making a turkey pot pie tomorrow night..... any opinions on the crust?

I made one a week or so ago, from a modified version of WDW 50s Primetime Diner recipe.....with crust, top and bottom, a true pie!

You are soooo bad...

I think it is about time that we let the pot pie wounds heal. It is obvious which side is right (crust....cough,cough) but for the sake of Geek harmony I say we call a truce on the pot pie debate and start talking about topics that really matter.

For instance where does everyone stand on toilet paper...under or over the roll? If we want to stick with a food topic how about clam chowder...red or white? These are the true important topics of our time. In fact I fully expect them to be discussed by the presidental candidates during their debates this week while they pander for the Geek votes.

White only for me I do not like tomato sauce in any form and particularly ketchup. I even order my pizzas without sauce.

Brack, Papa Murphys, which is a take and bake pizza place - not sure if you have them in your neck of the woods - has a really, really good garlic chicken pizza that has a white sauce. Oh, it is yummer!!

I have always been an "under" person. Sometimes when I find that Annette has put on it on "over" I'll take it off and turn it around.

I've been know to do the same, but from the incorrect under to the correct over,,,,I've even done this at other people's houses! Only people I know REALLY well though.

Toilet paper is ALWAYS over... why on earth would you go rummaging around on the underside for the end? If you leave it over, it will always be there for you to grab!

Clam Chowder... white. Or in my case, as I made some homemade the other night (Cape May Cafe recipe!)... somewhat beige, as my roux came out a bit blonde.

Brack - my DD hates red sauce of any sort... her pasta is plain buttered, and her pizza is just crust with toppings and cheese. I think eventually she may grow to like tomato sauces, but she has been such a picky eater, I'm just glad she eats these foods now.

Working on a trip to WDW in June I'm calling DVC tomorrow to see what's available.

Lucky.... I've almost 99.9% talked myself into doing the Everest Challenge in late September. It can't be that bad right? After all it's only a 5K (3 miles) and you get to stop and do challenges (ok as long as there's no rope climbing involved)

Well and there the small issue that i would have to keep training while on-board the TOAL. (Doable, but the heat might be a challenge)

We did that after the cruise last year and had a lot of fun. We stayed at one of the Universal resort hotels (just Saturday night), so that gave us their fastpass on both Saturday and Sunday (had a late night flight home Sunday). We got off the ship and took the car service to the hotel, checked in/left the luggage in storage and were at the park not long after opening. We could do everything at a relaxed pace, and all 3 kids (they were 3, 8 and 13) found stuff they liked to do. DH and DD love coasters (I like them, but not the extreme coasters) so they had the most fun.

June is not that bad, really!! Geek that I am, I did my research and had a plan... we waited in very few lines when we did our June trip back in 2003. And I was 7 months pregnant with Walt, and managed the heat/humidity OK.

I came to the same conclusion and that is why we are making this trip. We're going to Atlanta anyway so why not make it a fun trip too
