Is it possible that we move our Palo to Thursday night ???? Cause I would rather give up semi Formal and still make Pirate Night ...the thought of Pirate Night and all the Kids and wenches and no Captain Jack Sparrow ..tears me apart ...LOL

OK, let's wait until the next DD cruise posts. This may have been done due to the late night in Cozumel so that the crew could get off the ship as a reward. If it stays that way I will get a list of everyone with resies on Tuesday so that when I board I can go to the Palo manager as our group's coordinator (probably the most feasible name to use for outsiders to listen to me) and try to make any changes that you would like done. I will probably just hand them a printed list with everything that needs to be done. They should ok all of it & give me cards with the info on them and I can either pass that on to you or you can stop by their desk when you board to confirm that the changes have been made. PJ, do you think they will do this for me?

I am more of a late 60's and early 70's person but we like to go to the club each night for the show.

OMG my head hurts....

First I read Brenda's post about her flight plan change through SLC and that threw up a huge red flag for me because I know SLC is the Delta hub and when Delta makes flight changes, they trickle down everywhere.... so I log into my itinerary and check our flights, and sure enough, they've been changed. They put us in an 8 hour layover in Atlanta.... uh, I don't think so.... I called them and crossed my fingers (online, they were showing an earlier connection but only with first class availability)... they were able to change me over -- so probably 4 of their medallion members just got bumped to first class, lol.... anyway, this means we are getting to Orlando at 4:30 instead of midnight!!! Woooohoooo... so now I have to wait till Monday to call member services and see if we can get a day added on to our existing reservation. (we had booked a studio for the night because we thought we would just crash there when we arrived, but if we're going to be there earlier, then it would make sense to tack on an extra day to our 2 bedroom ressies).

So... then I scroll down reading, and find out about the fireworks and Cozumel, and ugh... yes, we have Palo ressies for Tuesday night. Not that it totally messes us up because I made them for 6 pm and we have late seating so we could always double dip... but I wish DCL didn't just arbitrarily switch things around and mess up stuff for those of us who have been obsessing for months over the perfect itinerary.

BUT on the upside... I got DS's tuxedo today that I bought on Ebay (two days ago - how's that for fast shipping)... and it looks ADORABLE on him! Perfect size, though he'll only get to wear it for this cruise because it's about to be too small. So anyone needing a size 7 tux for their next cruise, please let me know and I'll pass it off to you at the end of our cruise. And if you want to buy one, I got it for $9.99 on Ebay... you can't beat that, even with $15 shipping, it's still way cheaper than anything else. Now I just have to find some dress shoes....

No This was not making fun of you at all ......And if I went to Palo as CJS there be alot of upset kids in the dining room ....we are keeping our fingers crossed that Lisa can get us to Thurday Night ..
