Caroline's DD didn't mind.

I had to write a check to pay for the daycare and as I was writing I was wondering if I didn't pay if they would just keep them.

I was only a few minutes late and they didn't seem to mind too much.

Didn't we cover this a month ago? Those of us from the South use anything to "sop" our gravy. Remember my chocolate gravy...in fact isn't that how we got fluff?

Oh, they take threats of any kind very seriously. In fact, DS's friend was put in 2 day suspension in Kindergarten because he was joking around with a friend & said "I'm going to kill you for that" while laughing. They are so strict with it that there is no room for common sense. It is on his perminant school record too.

Good! I know at that age the threats aren't as likely to be carried out but it still scares me that kids do say stuff like that. You can never be too careful when it comes to children's safety. I worry so much about high school, seems there's a lot of violence in high school's these days.

At a school down the street a Kindergartener brought a gun into school. Kid 1 showed it to kid 2 & put it back in the backpack. Kid 3 saw them & took it out of backpack 1 and put it into his backpack, 2. Kid 4 saw kid 3 do this & told the teacher. The mother was arrested for negligence.

Well the kids went ahead and ate already and hopefully they will be in bed soon. DS didn't listen well at school in part because he would not go to sleep last night until late so since he was tired and that contributed to his behavior IMHO he is going to bed an hour early tonight. Which means that my chili should be sufficiently simmered and yummy just as GA comes on tonight and both kids should be in bed by then. Sounds like a good evening for Becka....

I just booked a room for Saturday night in Gville....fun stuff. GUESS WHAT!? There is a hose in the pool...... ---------- YES!! Filling it with water!! Not gonna love the water bill!

umm, no and actually where they had to "pop" some out to replace, they ended up chipping the exisiting ones. It's a real mess and now the deck actually looks worse than before. The pebble tec guys pressure washed it and washed away all the sand. Ugghh - I don't know what they are going to do.

What types of things do you iron Lisa? I only iron something when I need it as does DH. He actually irons much better than me. I think I have ironed the girls' stuff only once or twice! Now my DGM was a different story. She ironed EVERYTHING!! Including underwear!!

Ironing.... isn't that what dry cleaners do?

The only thing my iron has done in years is fuse beads or iron-on GS patches

Yay! So glad you're finally able to fill your pool!

I think it only cost us about $10. to fill our pool (15,000 gallons).
