I had no idea an Apple store opened in our nearest mall at the end of September.


Paid a visit there this week........whoa Mama!


I want an iPod.......I want it baaaaaaaad!


The video, the sound.....it's amazing!

Our oldest DS is into his DVD's/CD's.....we drag a CD player with a couple of cases of CD's with us wherever we go. How cool would it be to have a little neato mosquito iPod to take the place of the portable DVD player, the CD player, etc.


I realize I'm a Johnny-come-lately to the iPod craze. Never realized what I was missing.


My eyes have been opened now......no turnin' back.

Having an iPod for the L-O-N-G drive back at Christmas to Illinois in DH's car (with broken DVD player)........heaven.

I never made it home till late. After the theater, since it was opening night, we were invited back to a reception for the cast. Lots of fun...I got home very late.

Now I'm off to catch up...

Well, I got the iPod. WOW. With the discounts it came in at 270 bucks. WOW! Now what do I do. John?????

1. Download iTunes : http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

2. "Rip" your CD's into iTunes
"Rip" DVD movies and import into iTunes (you will have to ask your PC mates how to do this - I only do Mac)

3. Connect iPod, update iPod, and enjoy!

4. Buy music, movies, TVshows, audio books and more to fill up iPod at iTunes music store.

5. Vacuum house

I heard PJ is having DCL set up a little desk at the terminal so we can check in with her, get our little itinerary. She's requested a table and everything!!

uhhhh Marielle, i drove up to Phila last year on Thanksgiving .... Took us over 4 hours just to make it to the delaware border. Took about another 2 hours to get to Dsis's house in NE Phila.

95 never again on Thanksgiving...... (cause that was with no accidents even)

This reminds me of a couple of years ago when we went to Williamsburg for Thanksgiving. 95 South from about Quantico, VA was a parking lot ALL the way, except for a momentary break around Richmond.


Never ever again on Thanksgiving Eve.

sorry dh and i left so unexpectedly last night from chat but we lost power for 12 hours due to the snow storm we had. ughhhh i was not happy, was looking forward to a night of chat.

and it had to happen in the middle of a conversation with someone. do not want anyone to think we were rude.

so is there anything new i should know about? and people really need to slow down on posting cause i can not keep up these days unless i quit my job.
