12/04/2010 Eastern MAGIC - CHIP 'N' DALE'S CRUISIN' NUTS

Sorry to see you leave us, Juls2989. I removed you from our cruiser list. Enjoy your cruise!

We understand that people change plans, but fortunately we've had more additions than drop-outs. Chip 'n' Dale will not be disappointed in the number of Cruisin' Nuts!

Somehow I overlooked your post and didn't notice it until now. Sorry.

On the DIS FAQ there is a section on Attachments & Images that hopefully can answer your question. Click HERE.

Any pics I post are located on the servers where I host my websites, so all I do is click the picture icon (the one with the little pyramids) in a new post and insert the URL of my image.

Even if you don't have your own website, you can easily upload your photos to any of a number of free online photo sharing sites, then link to them. I can't provide instructions for that, but I know there are many here who use photo sharing sites.

Thank you! I will try. I have a picture I would like to share.

I love it! 200 days. Never again will we book a cruise 22 months in advance. It is just soooo long to wait.

Judy - Talk about a LONG wait . . I booked this one in mid-October of 2008!

My short-notice sailing on the Magic early this year with my mom at least broke up the wait, but due to her mobility issues (and lack of interest in many of the crazy character things I like to do), it was just not the same as my usual Disney cruises. I've always been concentrating on and anticipating our Cruisin' Nuts cruise!

The reason I booked a Cruisin' Nuts "sequel" for the same week in 2011 was because the onboard offer was too good to refuse, costing less than this one and with more OBC. But it looks like DCL's prices are on the rise. If that continues, these two Cruisin' Nuts sailings may be the last I am able to do. Makes me very sad. :sad1:

I booked in January 2009, after going on a 4 night cruise (and regretting not booking onboard). 200 days left, and I'm still as excited as I can be.

I can't wait to see the Magic from Paradise Point in St. Thomas! Granted, she'll be anchored in the harbor, but it'll still be quite a sight!

I wonder if anyone has pictures of the Magic when she had to tender there? I understand it's rare for tendering to happen for Disney in St. Thomas.

:welcome: WELCOME to the latest addition to our Cruisin' Nuts - disney team of 5. They haven't posted on our thread yet, but you can find them on our Cruisin' Nuts cruiser list. :thumbsup2

Hello new cruise mates. I am super excited. My fish extenders r almost done and I am ready to start packing.pirate:

I am excited. :cheer2: I just bought Lion King tickets for October. I can't wait to see Lion King again. I enjoyed it so much last time.

Hi all, my computer and I have been reunited.:surfweb: Had to be out of town "fighting Life's fires" so to speak. Have been enjoying reading all the new posts.

Welcome to our new cruisers! :dance3: Sorry Juls2989 had to leave us but I'm sure you will enjoy your new cruise.:sail:

Shari, hope things are going well in your world, I agree with the creature comforts you need. Personally, my idea of roughing it is a room in a hotel. No more camping for me, I NEED a toilet, shower and air conditioning! We are getting through things here and soooo can't wait for the cruise. Disney....take me away!

Glad to see you back on the thread. :)

LOL - I only require those creature comforts when in Florida! With all the time I spent in Africa, I did without A/C and on a few occasions out on safari the "toilet" was a deep hole in the ground over which I had to squat. But in spite of it being generally hot and dusty everywhere there, it NEVER had the humidity of Florida so I was fine. I have a very hard time with the climate here without good A/C and sometimes ceiling fans on top of that. I often hear guests complain about DCL's common areas of the ship being too cold, but you'll never hear me say it!

Yep, I'm spoiled! I haven't been able to "squat" for a few years now. You have really had some wonderful experiences and I'm impressed with your survival abilities! Camping when the kids were younger used to be fun but I can't believe we used to camp at Disney and down in the Keys. You are right about the humidity but it didn't used to bother me. Now, I agree, you will never hear me complain about it being to cool on the ship.

Hello all!

We have just booked this cruise. We were on the May 5 Mediterranean cruise and did not want to lose the pixie dust.:wizard: My DH and I are in 5132 and would like to sign up for FE Patrol. We really enjoy it. I have not read all the previous posts yet, but I'll keep plugging away at it:surfweb:
