That's great, Val! It's wonderful that since you moved to GA you are so much closer to WDW.

I may be at Epcot this Saturday, if my friend Holly (thephantomsgirl) is able to meet up with me. WDW is forecast to be 90 with thunderstorms that day, so we're a bit undecided.

But congrats on having your Mother's Day dinner at Crystal Palace! That should be awesome! Very good food and friendly characters.

I am so OCD that it doesn't take much to stress me out. We are having a new air conditioner system installed first thing tomorrow morning. They were supposed to install yesterday but the big storms delayed it. Our old one (10 yrs.) was struggling but this morning it went out completely and spurted coolant in huge puddles in the garage. So today we will have to rely on our ceiling fans. I'm "always hot" so this doesn't make me happy, but hopefully by tomorrow afternoon all will be well. The AC problem wasn't the main source of my own "bad days" this week but was "the last straw" for my stress level.

And a note for Val: The weekend forecast for WDW has improved. Still hot, but the t-storm chances are minimal. Yay!

Thanks, Judy! At least I know the "last straw" will be remedied tomorrow. For me, even when I have problems, the world always looks rosier when it's air conditioned.

But Saturday I'll be at WDW, just popping into all the inside air conditioning as I feel the need . . which is likely to be often!

When there is a "house problem" (whether it is heat, air conditiong, hot water heater, washer, dryer, etc) I can cope for a a few days but then, wow, better be fixed soon. My coping limits have been exceeded. I hate waiting for repair men.

Other than transportation, I have two primary requirements: Air Conditioning and a Refrigerator with Ice Maker. Those things make me VERY happy!

I am generally happier in a cooler climate, BUT living an hour from WDW and Port Canaveral does make life here worthwhile.

We are back from our fun filled getaway weekend trip. I bought a Chip n Dale lanyard.. so I am getting set for the cruise!! it is green, so it shouldnt be hard to spot me now. (and the 3 kids trailing behind me...)

I am officially a Disney a holic. We all ready booked Oct for the Contemporary.... not sure if we will keep that reservation or go back to the POR. either way... it will be fun. Shari -- I made dinner reservations at Garden Grill too, we have never been there before. Have you been to MK for 4th of July? I hear the fireworks are awesome like NYE's.

John bought me a dooney/burke Mickey Mouse purse for mothers day from the kids.

I met up with thephantomsgirl (Holly) on Saturday for Epcot. We saw some character friends and watched the first show of Davy Jones. We were going to do the 'munks meet 'n' greet but somehow totally forgot!

Yes, I used to always go to MK on July 4th and the fireworks were amazing, but the last couple of years I've skipped it because I didn't like the late night traffic on the holiday. I've never stayed on property in summer so have to make the hour drive.

Garden Grill is my MOST favorite character dining. Although it isn't as good as it was years ago (for too many reasons to list - lol), I still think it is THE best character dining experience.

Shari -- we were able to go to Chef Mickey for lil Johns bday.. he was soo excited. we ended up skipping Crystal Palace on sunday... We wanted to try somewhere new for our trip in Oct.. I also have Liberty Tree Tavern booked too.. never been there either.
We ended up going to Epcot on Friday night since it was open until midnight. I love Illuminations!!

On the DIS FAQ there is a section on Attachments & Images that hopefully can answer your question. Click HERE.

Any pics I post are located on the servers where I host my websites, so all I do is click the picture icon (the one with the little pyramids) in a new post and insert the URL of my image.

Even if you don't have your own website, you can easily upload your photos to any of a number of free online photo sharing sites, then link to them. I can't provide instructions for that, but I know there are many here who use photo sharing sites.

Hi Everyone - I am new here! I am doing the same cruise and can't wait - I started at the begining of this theard and when I got to page 5 that is when I noticed thee were a ton of pages - so i can't read them all. I wanted to do the F/E and I found the person who makes and sells them on ebay - but does anything know how I sign up to be on the list for that? thanks and once i figure it all out I would like to use chip and dale in my signature.
