12:00 or 12:01 AM? Online Check in

So I know this is a nit picky question but after reading through the forums, I know I need to wait until the proper time to login to do my online check in (can't just refresh the page) but I'm getting conflicting information whether it's 12:00AM or 12:01AM. Anyone have a definitive answer?

From what I have read it is 12:01am EST.

I logged in at 12:01am EST and had no problems doing online check in.
