Am I correct that my DD will be considered an adult on the DP? DD eats nothing and will always order off the kids menu. Would I be able to save her dining credits for us adults and pay outright for her kids meal?

We were just in DL and I know it is different but at the resturant we ate in my son who is 12 would eat nothing on the menu so the CM who was very nice said Oh what we do here is give them an adult size portion of a kids meal and that is just what he got . He had Mac & Cheese with a veggie and some fruit and we got to eat out meals :thumbsup2 so maybe at WDW they will do the same at least I am hopeful since he will just be turning 13 on our trip and is so picky but on the DDP with us !!

If you are at a buffet or any fixed price restaurant, just use her credit. You'd pay the same no matter how much she ate and they won't let you pay child prices for an 11 year old.

Otherwise, say when you order that you're paying cash and not dining credits for her meal.

You'd be better off without the plan. You'll save a lot of money paying oop.

We are going with free dining- so will probably just pay out of pocket for hers if she decides on a kids meal- Maybe we can do an extra buffet with her credits.
