11 points needed for November Disney Cruise

I'm not familiar with this whole process But....
My brother asked me to inquire about the availability of
11 points needed for November 2003 for a Disney Cruise.
He is looking to compensate between$5 & $8 dollars for these points.

It is going to be hard to get points for 5-8.00 a piece the going rate for renting is 10.00.I could not rent mine for that.
