I have tried searching for the link to the above but get timed out. I got a new computer and did not transfer some of my favorites. It was so helpful just to put in the date and have it tell you when to call. Thanks for your help.

Here's a link to Caskbill's outstanding (and FREE) DVC planner software. It not only gives you 11- and 7- month windows, but the dates are adjusted for weekends and holidays when MS is closed.
