11-month Check Out Day?

Hi, we are planning to try to reserve a standard studio at BWV (our home) at the 11-month window. We will be arriving on 12/31/06 and departing 1/5/07. Should we call day by day? When is the first day we can call?

Do you think we should be aware of any problems.

January 1st will be the "checkout date" of your first reservation day, so you would call on Feb. 1st if you decide to call day-by-day. If not, you call 11 months before your "final" checkout date. We have always called day-by-day just to be safe, but I don't want to give you advice one way or the other. i have heard that things slow down after New Year's, but not that much.

For that time of the year you want to call daily. They go fast with the holidays.

I think you should call not only on February 1st, but as close to 9AM as you can!

Standard View Studios at BWV for New Years' Eve are probably the absolute highest 'demand' item ever, for any type of villa or resort for the entire year.

Typically they'll all be gone within minutes of Member Services opening up at the 11-month window.
