11 Month and 7 Month booking question

Okay, A newbie with a newbie type question.

I understand that one can book at their home resort at 11 months and any other resort at 7 months. What does this exactly mean? Is it the first of the month 11 months prior to arrival?

Here is an example: I would like to book Dec 4-8, 2011. When can I book it? Is the answer:

A. Jan 4, 2011
B. Jan 1, 2011
C. The first business day after Jan 1, 2011 (if the first fell on a Fri, Sat, Sun).

It's 11 months prior to the month and day of the month that you would checkin.

In your example, Dec 4-8, you can book home resort on January 4 and other resorts on May 4.

If you were trying to book January 31, the 11 month booking window would be March 1 since February doesn't have 31 days.

MS is open 7 days a week but they are closed holidays so you don't have to worry about working days. You can book 11 months/7months before your check in day so if you wanted to check in on Dec 4th- you can call on Jan 4th- you can book up to 7 nights - if you are going longer than that you need to call again to add on the additional days.
